Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to force higher resolution in GW and on other applications over all. The max resolution I can run atm is 1440*900.

Is it possible or is this the maximum my monitor can handle?
(I have a TFT Samsung Synchmaster 19'' Widescreen monitor, 2MS)

Are you familiar w/ how to check your display properties? If so, go there and see if it says "generic PnP monitor" or if it says your monitor specifically. If it *does* say your monitor, then that's probably the highest it can go. I would also suggest checking the monitor manufacturer's website for a data sheet on that model - that may be it's max resolution...

1440x900 is the highest that your monitor can run at. That's why I went for the 20" Samsung pebble, it's native resolution is 1680x1050.

I'm pretty sure it is your monitors maximum resolution because I have mine at 1920 x 1200 with max everything. It looks awesome. I have a 17" Dell XPS m1710 laptop with a 7950GTX video card , 3GB memory, if that makes a difference on why I can get those settings etc.
